f. YLCA – Richmondshire Branch Meeting to be held on Thursday, 21st February 2013 at 7 pm in Richmond Town Hall.

g. Leyburn Town Council Annual Parish Meeting is to be held on 22nd April 2013 at 7.30. Items for Agenda to be received by 15th April, 2013.

h. To appoint Town Council representative to Leyburn and Mid Wensleydale Business Association "Town Team" to allocate Portas funding.

k. To adopt Model Standing Orders (NALC) to replace existing Standing Orders.

l. Review of charges and rules for placing of tables on Town Council land for 2013.

m. To consider placing of car parking donation box on Grove Square at the junction opposite the Police Station (permission given by NYCC to locate box at existing signs).

n. To approve repairs to church clock (£988 plus VAT).

b. To consider purchase of new BT Broadband hub to enable wi-fi to be available to users of the Oak Room (£85 plus VAT).

a. To offer Mr K Scott of Northallerton a pitch on the market to sell sweets and soft drinks (existing trader has finished trading at Leyburn).

b. To award Ice Cream Contract for 2013.

c. To award contract for resurfacing work and relining in Market Place.

d. To consider paying car tax for M. Taylor's van used for transporting market cones.
