f. NYCC - To discuss changes to Highway Grass cutting service. There will be a 95% reduction in urban grass cutting from April 2015. In Leyburn only grass at certain road junctions will be cut.

Christmas Fair and Christmas lights switch-on will be held on Saturday, 6th December 2014, in the Market Place.
