b. Election for remaining Town Councillor seat held on 11th September.
c. To agree terms and conditions under which Councillors may hold Surgery for electors.
d. To discuss motion proposed by Cllr Borman: 'I propose that the standing orders are amended as follows: A Councillor who wishes to put an item on the agenda of the next meeting can do so either during the preceding full meeting of the Council, as a verbal request, or submit such a request for an item to be included on the agenda of the next meeting in writing, either by post or email to the Council office at least ten days before the next Council meeting'.
e. To consider formation of a working party to bring the existing Standing Orders up to date (item requested by Cllr Borman).
f. To consider introduction of a dress code for Town Council meetings (item requested by Cllr Borman).
g. To consider holding a regular Community Service at St Matthews Church and also appoint Honorary Council Chaplain (items requested my Cllr Borman).
h. To take decision as to whether or not to consult Yorkshire Water further re. sewerage problems on Brentwood (previously raised by Cllr Borman). Answers provided by Yorkshire Water were copied to all Councillors in August.
i. NYCC: Proposed disabled parking bay, Woodside, Leyburn - Comments requested.
j. To further discuss a plaque in Market Place to commemorate the Tour de France bike race.
