a. Hambleton & Richmondshire Citizens Advice Bureau - Invitation to 2014 Annual General Meeting at Northallerton on Thursday, 18th September at 6 pm.

b. RDC - Community Governance/Parish Review of the parish arrangements for District of Richmondshire (review of polling stations and number of Councillors) – Final Proposals. Consultation period for comment is from 1st August to 5th September 2014. No changes for Leyburn.

c. To discuss the possibility of having a plaque in the Market Place to commemorate the Tour de France bike race.

d. NYCC Proposed introduction of zebra crossing, as part of the development of the extra care facility on A684 Harmby Road - Comments requested.

e. RDC: Proposed Street Trading Scheme - Final comments requested.

f. Leyburn & District Branch Royal British Legion - Request to use part of Market Square for the Act of Remembrance on Sunday 9th November at 10.45 a.m. and again for a smaller gathering on Tuesday, 11th November at 11 a.m..

g. YLCA training session for new Councillors to be held at Richmond on 22nd September at a cost of £45 per head.

h. Proposed bike racks for Market Place – update .

i. Low Wood Lane (known locally as Cricket Field Lane) – Request by Richmondshire Ramblers for the Town Council to maintain the lane and provide signage. Please note that this lane is not a PROW and therefore is not maintained by NYCC.

j. Further discussion and decision re. request by Cllr Borman to hold surgery for electors.
