f. Friarage Hospital, Northallerton - Friarage Public Consultation from 2nd September to 25th November. Public events will be taking place in Richmondshire and one to be held in Leyburn on Tuesday, 8th October at 7pm at Tennants Auction House.

g. Leyburn and District Branch of Royal British Legion - Request for permission to use part of Market Square for Act of Remembrance on Sunday, 10th November at 10.45 a.m.and for smaller gathering at 11 a.m. on Monday, 11th November.

h. NYCC Richmondshire Area Committee - A vacancy has arisen for the mid Wensleydale and Leyburn representative on the Area Committee.

i. To approve costs for supply of paint etc (estimated at £150) for Community Payback Project to paint railings on the Mount.

j. NYCC – Proposed changes to local bus and school transport services. Consultation until November 2013. Comments required.

k. NYCC - Vehicle activated sign – To discuss offer of participating in 'initial phase' of scheme at a cost of up to £730 p.a.

l. 'TOSH' (Old School House project) – To consider request for donation towards Phase 2 of the project.

m. RDC - Children's Play Improvement Fund 2013/14 - Funding available.

n. Richmondshire Leisure Trust – Donation towards Colburn Leisure Centre.

o. Catterick Detachment of local Army Cadet Force – Request for donation

p. To approve refurbishment of Mayoral chain.
