8. LEYBURN TOWN PLAN
To discuss how the Town Council will support the views of the residents and service users of Leyburn as laid out in the Town Plan.
a. To discuss new planning procedures for Town Council. Advice on planning issues can be found in CPRE Planning Booklet given to all Councillors last month. (copy of current procedures enclosed)
b. 16/00593/Full Full planning to install canopy over existing escape stairs at the rear of the store. Relocate internal entrance door to store at 11-12 Market Place.
c. 16/00622/Full Full planning for replacement door and windows to the front and a door to the rear of the property, 1 Shawl Terrace.
d. 16/00653/Full Full planning to replace all existing hardwood single glazed windows with new double glazed units (retrospective) at Eastfield Lodge, 1 St Matthew’s Terrace.
e. 16/00662/S106 Application to discharge or modify the Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act to vary the restriction limiting the occupation of 20 of the units to persons with a diagnosis of dementia at Kirkwood Hall, Harmby Road.
